New employees get 2 weeks off, and it ramps up from there. 5-year employees are up to 4 weeks vacation. The problem is, there is no true break. During time off, the company culture expects that you'll still be logging in, checking email, picking up your boss' phone call, etc. Even though you're out of the office, it's not like you ever get a real break.

It was very good when I was there. I had 200 paid hours vacation per year. I also got standard SF paid sick leave.

How little they provide. Starts at 2 weeks where most companies today start at 3 weeks.
