Vacation & Paid Time Off

"Vacation" is really the fact that summers are "off" for the schools (like teachers). It is paid by a tradition of seasonal eligibility for unemployment compensation. But, like everyone knows, unemployment does not pay much.

All time off is not paid by the company. You have to apply for Unemployment.

No vacation or personal days. Treated as a part time job even though it is permanent just only 20 hrs per week average.
