About Benefits package , it was okay like an average package, you get only salary, incentives and PF, no health benefits or any other benefits

We can't utilise the companys group policys until we get admited for 24 hours with FIR (@ police station), which is really stupidity. ESIC is the only best thing we get. Salary is too less as we get same as promised at the time of joining and there is no annual increase and it's quite difficult to survive in the current society with current standards. :(
