Best thing is they allow to do remote working so we don't have deal with traffic situation. Worst thing is every year benefits are shrinking and out of pocket expense is increasing.

The dental insurance premium was not much, but the dental insurance didn't cover much either. Probably better to skip the dental insurance and just pay for semi-annual cleanings out of pocket. Even if you have a major problem, the dental insurance will only pay a maximum of $1500/year anyway.

They offered a DMO program that covered Normal/annual hygienist cleaning and Xrays., everything else was still expensive and required more than a Co-Pay(for a DMO?)
