Standard, not great or poor

My personal experience was not good. When Met-Life(for some reason) stopped paying the 60% benefit. Fiserv used my available PTO. But when Met-life began paying the 60% benefit, Fiserv bounded back my PTO and extracted the amount covered previously by my PTO in the form of deductions from my paychecks until paid in full. The domino effect that had on my family and financial state was beyond repair.

Disability is free at 50% of pay for employees. You have the option to buy up to 60% of pay. Originally you were given 60% for free then they changed it.
