Best thing is they allow to do remote working so we don't have deal with traffic situation. Worst thing is every year benefits are shrinking and out of pocket expense is increasing.

Have 3 different plans. Top tier which is like a Silver PPO. Mid which is like a Bronze and the last is like an HSA for healthy people

full coverage is offered but is more expensive than prior employers. HSA accounts are more difficult to use than in prior years and have had to gain assistance to use.

If you want bottom tier health coverage, then Fiserv offers that. I think state insurance coverage is better.

Decent coverage but only one plan with no other options/choices but the company contribution to the HSA account is very low/much lower than other companies.

AON exchange is decent, I'm glad I have options. Employee contribution to premiums probably on the high end of normal. Used to put ~$1000/year into an HSA under certain basic conditions (non-smoker, get a physical), then they kept silently phasing those out over the last few years and now they don't put anything in.

Higher premiums, higher deductibles and employee share of cost, somewhat lower benefits coverage.
