Mental health is not really supported
Healthcare benefits are very bad no matter the plan. There isn't a lot that is covered unless you pay out of pocket for it. Only thing paid is some preventive care stuff (mammogram, a few things like that). Don't break a leg or have to go hospital it's only covered at 20% for one plan and %80 for another.

While costs could be a little lower, they are about average with other companies.

It's not one of the best health insurance plan. An average one I should say.

Have many options for Health Insurance plans. Your coverage all depends on if you have a family or are single.

They offer a few different plans through United Health Care, and I am prone to having medical issues, never had any issues with the premium plan they offered. Keep your receipts encase flex-spending attempts to deny your claim

In general Fiserv has good health and dental benefits. They gone soft with respect to Paid Time Off resulting in a general reduction of benefit in that regard.

Too complex and too many hoops to jump through for wellness and tobacco-free incentives; and the incentives are high enough you really need them to keep medical affordable.
