Five guys is very expensive for what your getting. To get a free meal, every day, is a huge bonus. You can even get 3 patties if you like but no more. This benefit allows employees to any combination of topping. The only bad thing is that you're not allowed to take your meal home and you have to wait in line to order. You only have 30 minutes to take a break, if you're not being rushed by a manager. By waiting in line, you waste about 3 - 5 minutes, then about 5 minutes waiting on your food. But you're getting free food, so no complaints.
