The investment vehicles are terrible.

401k matches your first 5% (dollar-for-dollar) after 1 year of service for direct employees. This amount is immediately vested. The company also offers a 401k contribution (that is a percentage of your salary, 4%-7%) based on years with the company. If offered, the vesting period is 3 years for this contribution. The 401k plan could have better investment choices. Fees are reasonable, but things like the S&P 500 index not paying out a dividend seem odd. My wifes 401k has much better options with Vanguard, Fidelity and Charles Schwab funds being available.

4% after three years for staff, but is not a sure thing.

401k plan is there from the beginning of the employment but the company matching is only after a year of service.

Has grown well. Very satisfied with the plan and the choices given to me by the company. I can choose to change then when I want to.
