Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee offers a vision plan that includes a program that reduces the cost of eye exams, eyeglasses and contact lenses. In-network providers provide the highlest level of benefits. The plan offers exams and lenses every 12 months, frames every 24 months. You can use your lens coverage once every 12 months to purchase either one pair of eyeglass lenses or contact lenses. Employee, Spouse and dependant coverage available.
