Health insurance is great for the most part, company has switched to more expensive plan, but that might be seen everywhere

It is not as inclusive as it could be. It does not differentiate between infertility and fertility benefits (the latter being what would be used by a same-sex couple), and it does not offer much by way of transgender affirming care.

There are multiple options including PPO, HMO and FSA. I don't see anything bad.

Great coverage and a decent deductible

Competitively priced and offers solid coverage.

it's not great. benefits decrease every year, but premiums increase. the company does toss in some cash to help out . every year

Very poor options. High deductibles.

Overall the benefits are good. Time off policies across the board are generous, the healthcare could be a little cheaper but the network is easy to work within and the HSA is great. The 401k match could improve, but it isn't bad. The Maternity and Paternity Leave I think stand out above other companies.
