At Forge, our back-office employees have a hybrid schedule – working at home and in the office each week). Our office is located in Newton, MA, which also houses our workshop and apprentice program training facility.
Our Pro Team and Apprentices, which consists of everyone working in the field, do not have the option of working from home due to the nature of the position.
