It's a high deductible plan so yo would have to pay a lot out of pocket. There are 3 tiers of lans to choose from.

Pretty typical health insurance coverage and cost.

Best thing is no medical checks if you sign up within the first month of employment. Down side, should you change your plan through open enrollment you will have to see a physician before any coverage begins.
