I'm not sure. A lot of people working together makes for sick time, sick pay, and accumulation a very vulnerable subject matter. Especially regular or average employees. Supervisors do not discuss sick time with employees unless it is regarding attendance or maybe again circumstances that might involve the discussion of sick pay. Yes It is fair and calculable, but the calculated amount is always on paycheck on the date you are paid.
