Match is OK, wish we had ability to ask for a raise with 401K matching increase vs. salary increase.

Match is 50% of 6%, which is much better than it used to be. Still needs a lift to be comparable, but for tech companies, it's pretty decent.

3% match, but with a $3k cap. Understandable for a privately-held company that traditional had no 401(k) match, but I hope this continues to grow.

3% match is up from 1%, but it is a 50% match, meaning that you have to contribute 6% in order to get the full match. This is pretty good.

401K plan is not on par with industry standards for Denver tech scene.

The fact that there is no "employer match" on the funds that one puts in to the 401k is unacceptable. I mean, even if it were up to 2% of salary or a 1/2 funds match, that would be something!

as growing company that is investing every dollar into its continued growth, the 401K plan is reasonable.
