The plan is high deductible with an HSA that FWI contributes to. After you meet the deductible, everything is covered 100%

Medical insurance premium is pretty high compared to other companies. Nearly impossible to meet a $5,000 deductible when you have a healthy family, so you end up paying for most of the cost out of pocket.
