FWI is proud to announce a new work remote policy: Work Where You Want (WWYW). Implemented in 2021 in response to feedback from our team members, this is more than a policy; it’s a shift in our company culture that will require a commitment from all of us to make it successful. In its simplest terms, WWYW allows FWI’ers to work remotely full-time, in the office full-time, or somewhere in between, all depending on each employee’s specific needs, roles, and more. We are committed to affording that flexibility of where we work to all, without compromising on the ideals and values that are central to our purpose; to create a more informed, inspired, and connected world.
