Most law firms cover their employee's copays. It is disgusting that the ceo's fifth house is featured in a news article but a paralegal making $47k per year in NYC has to pay $80 per month for medical insurance.

Was eligible to get in 30 days. In 2012 for my position it was ~$35/mo for me. There is also dental and vision included.
