the best thing is you gain 10 hours each month and it accumulates quick. you have a paid time off bank and can use upon approval of request. not strict as to when you can take PTO

You don't get separate sick and PTO days, it's all one pool. So if you're frequently unwell be prepared to lose vacation time. Number of days also seemed slightly below average.
