Sick Leave

Very hard when sick since you have to accrue 10 hours a month and those 10 hours a month is used important vacation and sick time. Instead of at some placed where if salary there is unlimited sick time and if your hourly you have to accumulate those time

No sick days but there are vacations

No sick days at Frontage

Sick days are part of your paid days off

If you get sick you just email. Supposed to get three but nobody bothered to actually track these things.
