401K match was excellent with GTE and Verizon, but FTR has dwindled the company match down to 1.5% effectively. This will likely be even further reduced in future union labor contracts, as the union is awful and does not have the employees interests as the priority.

The Frontier Communications 401k plan was most likely comparable to any other companies 401k. The employee but in money and Frontier Communication put in money.
