Two options to pick the health insurance plan type that is right for your needs. Good coverage for little employee contribution.

No co-pay but high deductible

Started out very generous with option for a PPO with no copays and a bridge of $2500 to cover deductibles, over the next few years this deteriorated to no bridge and copays, and dental coverage decreased as well.

Choice of 3-4 plans HMO-PPO depending on location. PPO allows choice of Doctors through BCBS

I am unable to give a review because I do not carry Health Insurance with Fujitsu, I am a Contractor.

Decent options HSA, HRA, others

Standard health savings plan is used.

Alwayschanging, if they could save a buck, they would change the company, senior employees got better benefits for dependents even though they were not eligible due to age or other reasons, good companies, butthe changeswere difficult to keep up with

They offer health insurance from Kaiser and Anthem. Overall health insurance is good.
