In today's always-on always-connected world the ability to work from home can be positive or negative. Many people do work out of their houses across the country. Even in the headquarters, a lot of people connect from home. This might not always be a good thing. I don't know that Fujitsu has any particularly exceptional work-from-home plan, but a lot of people do this when it is necessary.
