Fully supported in a WFH environment

Work from home is encouraged for most positions.

Many employees are able to work from home full-time. When employees start they receive a one time $900 stipend to help set up their home office.

Not all positions are able to do this but great benefit

Ever since Covid the introduction of WFH was a great success and GCI doubled down on that for most new positions.

Most position in the company allow work from home

Flexible scheduling dependent on department and job requirements.

You can work from home in six different states - I think they are Oregon, Washington, Colorado, North Carolina, and DC. But some other people are approved for some other states like Utah and Nevada. Overall pretty flexible work from home plan.

GCI could improve in its virtual collaboration technologies - for example, different groups use different tools, and some are stingy with access to things like webex and conference bridges.
