401, insurance, dental plan, quite a few benefits

The overall package is pretty good. There is a huge span of benefits from the basic 401k plan to even transgender surgical reimbursement. It's pretty incredible what all is covered. The best is probably the paid vacation/time-off.

Health care costs are high.

The worst thing about working at GE is that they do not value people with domain experience. They don't seem to understand the value of these people.

Housing allowances are paid in lump sums at the start of the co-op rotation along with a relocation assistance lump whose value varies by the distance required to relocate to Louisville, KY.

There are no benefits package for interns, but free gym and great cafeteria

GE has good benefits for vacation and holidays. Also their holiday benefits are good - 11 in total (2 days for the 4th of July, which is nice). Sick time is good.

Excellent company culture and values. If you are good at what you do, you tend to stay in that position for a long time.
