The insurance is very pricey considering the size of the company. As a single person with no dependents I've never paid so much and the only options are HDP's even though they don't call them HDP's. Permissive time off - you can take 6-8 weeks off no issues. WFH seems to be a permanent thing, no requirements to come in at all.
