Their pension is a joke… you can take a one lump sum payment and label a beneficiary spouse child whoever you want… but if you take a monthly payment I can only go to your spouse. Your beneficiaries don't count so if they report you as deceased they lose your pension… and have to pay back any money that they paid after death... GE should be ashamed of themselves my mother injured herself on the job lost her working ability because of GE! Now that she's passed we cannot touch her pension! Because she had it on monthly payments! Makes no sense to me! This is really a joke!!!

Unlimited PTO is the reason I'm still here. I took ~ 8 -10 weeks PTO every year...the only exception was 2020... I took 5 weeks because there's nowhere to go. But it all depends on your team. I'm in a research team. As long as I finish my work, my manager doesn't care how much PTO I have.
