I don't know much about this program but I know that GEICO offer assistance and even pays up to a certain amount to help with adoption fees.

Geico is very supportive in the adoption area. They provide excellent benefits alongside excellent assistance. Benefits department is very informative and can answer any questions or concerns you may have and point you in the right direction.
