GEICO's medical plans cover virtual visits at a lower copayment than a primary care physician and/or specialist visit
The comprehensive vision plan includes coverage for frames, lenses, contact lenses, eye exams with dilation (as necessary), retinal imaging, discounts on laser vision correction, etc.
Two comprehensive dental plans with coverage for diagnostic and preventive care, oral treatments and orthodontic care
Healthcare Flexible Spending Account (FSA) allows an associate to set aside pre-tax money each year to pay for eligible out-of-pocket health care expenses

For such a big company it should be much better. They use United Health Care for medical and CVS for prescription. They penalize you if you go to the pharmacy.
