Awful. Training doesn't prepare you in the slightest for the demands of this job

Training is something they've gotten down pretty good. Except their partnership with some hotels on the east coast which are infested with cockroaches.

Pay for you to get your licence. Pay for three months of classroom training. Don't require any work outside of the office.

I would say GEICO offers good training. They offer several programs (some paid, others not) Tuition reimbursement, management training programs, and the insurance studies program which is actually really cool because you dont have to work directly with insurance to take the programs and earn the money, which is i believe $750 in your account after completion and they will also pay for your trip to graduation. The location of graduation is different each year so one year it could be in Arizona and the next in Hawaii.
