Paid Sick, Disability and Recovery Leave

• Paid sick time is accrued at 10 days annually during an associate's first five years; paid time and leave vary for management level associates
• Voluntary Basic Long-term Disability insurance provides income replacement if you are continuously disabled for 180 calendar days Approved associates will receive benefits equal to 50% of their base monthly salary, less any other received income benefits
• Birth parents receive up to 8 weeks of paid leave to recover from childbirth. Associates with at least 6 months of tenure preceding the birth date of the child are eligible for 4 weeks of paid recovery leave, while associates with at least 12 months of tenure preceding the birth date of the child are eligible for 8 weeks of paid recovery leave
