It covers needs for my health.

I did not have any issues with Geodis benefits plan

It's a basic health insurance program. It's not terrible, but not amazing either. There aren't any benefits to adding spouses or dependents.

They have excellent benefits there

Very so-so. High deductible. Spotty coverage

The copay are high and so is the deductible

Good HSA Plan, Vision and Dental.

Stereotypical large employer health insurance

Great health insurance at Geodis.

Health insurance is offered through United Healthcare. There are 2 plan options - regular and high-deductible. The regular has a high deductible (in my opinion), which is nearly $2k. The high-deductible is at least double that, I think. Harder to find coverage than my previous job, more expensive, and higher deductible. That being said it isn't horrible insurance.
