Job Training

JOb training is very good

Great benefit, but I did not had the time tu use

training was ok for some employees

Poor, wish they were more organized and had a competent trainer.

There is a little bit of training. Most everybody has no idea what theyre doing anyway

This is the worst part of the job. Like I had previously mentioned, not enough training was done in the LMS, labor management system. You had too many workers, leads, supervisors, and managers clueless as to what the labor management system was and how it was supposed to be beneficial to the account. That all goes back to the training in this area, or the lack thereof I should say.
