20% off, but you will be ridiculed for using it as it "messes up the average sell"

It is about 30 percent. Which isn't bad but for the amount they pay you it isn't good at all.

Corporate stores only give discounts

The best part was all the returned items were not allowed to go on back shelves so we took stuff home

I expressed interest in benefits on more than one occasion and was blown off by management every time. Employee discount was 30% but I heard it has been reduced since then. If management had good business sense, they would increase the employee discount as a way to educate employees on products. That is obviously not going to happen due to lack of intelligence with upper management.

30% off everything in store including sale items. The also allow employees to take advantage of "buy one get one free/50% off" using the discount.

20% plus you can use coupons

You got a small discount but it added up when you bought a lot of products. You get coupons every once in a while but they're not that great.

Even with 20% discount, items tend to be cheaper online and/ or at other retailers
