Really depends on the role/office. Some roles (almost all HQ roles) are completely remote. Regional construction roles are generally 100% in person. Many non-construction roles can be done from home but your level of flexible in WFH/in person commitments is really dependent on what your role requires. And what your boss/office expects. Bay Area is pretty flexible
