You can determine a percentage of your pay to go towards a quarterly purchase of stock. When the stock is purchased, there is a discount off the sale price at the time of purchase. You can change your percentage each quarter during a specific window of time and are sent emails to remind you.

They advertise it in plenty of time each quarter to join or un-enroll. It's ok. But your salary comes from there so should probably but funds somewhere else to diversify

5% discount off market share of stock price. Well, guess what, they're selling you paper they bough at an 85% discount. So, the ESPP is really a big money maker for Gallagher. Again, run away.
