Gallup recognizes that associates’ physical and mental health can be a significant factor in productivity, efficiency, satisfaction and turnover and the associated personnel costs. Gallup will sponsor and encourage participation in a wellness program.
As an additional incentive, Gallup will reimburse 50% of the membership rate, up to $35 per month, for the cost of membership to any recognized health club facility, based on regular and active participation in an approved fitness program.
