No issues. It was a pretty standard plan, very similar to what I've had elsewhere. The company contributes 5%, which is pretty average and in line with other employer contribution levels.

401k is not a bad plan. They already start putting in the moment you are employeed even if you are part time or temp. If you put some of your pay towards they will match what you put in.
