The cost is coming back to employees big time, very expensive now, which doesn't align since we are a health/science company. They are pushing employees to get lesser health coverage.

The Cadillac (Premier PPO) plan has only 95% coverage...used to be 100%. Co-pay $40. Deductibles and out of pocket maximum is high! Even start-ups in the bay area can have better health plans!!
