It is a hybrid schedule so it's 2 days in office and 3 from home. If they allowed Working from home 5 days they would get 5 stars!

I was hired as a remote employee and working remote is second nature to me at this point. GPJ is flexible and supportive of what I need and I never feel micromanaged. However it may be different depending on the department and manager as is most companies.
