If you stay for ten years you are entitled to whatever you have not used of the 8 semesters of free tuition (for an approved program). They will pay a % of any accredited US school if the program is approved. They offer 'medigap' which is the insurance needed for Part B of Medicare. They offer several health plans and based on the number of years that you have worked here, contribute to the amount you pay for this covereage.
