Me personally, I did not need to use the health insurance as my wife's company picks me up. However, from all of our comparisons that went into our decision, it was virtually identical to the strong insurance we currently have. Because it was not a huge reduction in out of pocket, we decided to stay with current.

The option plans are good because some double as savings accounts as well if you don't use the coverage.
The prices on family plans are getting really expensive.
