Cheap premiums with good options for coverage

Middle of the road at best when i started and was a joke by the time Gerdau relinquished the mill.

Me personally, I did not need to use the health insurance as my wife's company picks me up. However, from all of our comparisons that went into our decision, it was virtually identical to the strong insurance we currently have. Because it was not a huge reduction in out of pocket, we decided to stay with current.

Middle of the road options

The costs are high compared to other employers in this industry.

OK like most more cost shift to employee

Good coverage but costs going up, benefits down (like most insurance in USA)

Good, but trying new waters in the health care industry.

The option plans are good because some double as savings accounts as well if you don't use the coverage. The prices on family plans are getting really expensive.
