Some advise if you start working there...CHEAT. Cheaters get trips to NYC, rewarded thousands of dollars and have no repercussions other than "re-training." Work hard to game the system and steal from other agents, because that is how you make your commission. You can even blatantly scam the company out of money and they will not care because it makes their numbers look better to the board.
