401K Plan

Matched 100% for first 3% and 50% for the next 3% encouraging everyone to put at least 6% in 401lk. The worst thing is that when I was layed off and over 55 that I wasn't able to take advantage of accessing my 401k $ without penalty, which according to my accountant was incorrect.
