Covid-19 has given us a chance to reshape our world and reimagine work. We are defining a future of work that is more flexible, digital, and purposeful. We know that working from home can work. Foster connections and build community with new and familiar faces at Getty Images through Donut!
Donut is a Slack-app that makes it easy and effortless to broaden your Getty Images network. Getting to know people from other functions and regions helps us to break down silos and build greater awareness of the different voices, perspectives, and experiences that our colleagues add to the conversations at Getty Images. When we get to know people on an individual basis, behind their name, title, or function, it builds trust and break down biases. When you can put a face to the name, you're even more likely to treat others with kindness, courtesy, and respect. Learning what other teams are working on can spark ideas to collectively bring new solutions to raise the bar on our customer experience and deliver on our commitments and goals. In short, it helps us to grow and strive towards fully living all of our Leadership Principles.
