We were given 5 sick days which I found to be more than sufficient. I believe there were also company paid extended sick leave of up to two months along with paid jury duty and voting days.

They are great with needing to take time off. I was paid hourly, so I could easily stay longer on other days of the week if I needed to take a day off in order to get my 40 hours in.

Best: Policywise you can get a good amount of sick leaves.
Worst: Some Asian managers don't understand the concept of sick-leave. For them, to get sick leave, you have to break your leg bone.
