This is to say that telecommuting, or working from home, allows GoCanvas team members to work at home, on the road or in a satellite location for all or part of their workweek. GoCanvas considers telecommuting to be a viable, flexible work option when both the team member and the role are suited to the arrangement.

GoCanvas is a Remote-First employer. As such all new team members are onboarded remotely. Team members are onboarded in small groups through a combination of modules in our Online LMS, job shadowing, 1:1s, and other initiatives. Onboaring cohorts meet periodically for 6 weeks to ensure a smooth, welcoming and productive beginning the GoCanvas journey.
