They offer both standard 401K and Roth 401K. The match rate is half what it used to be.

It's nice that they have employer matching funds.

Great 401K match better than most companies in the valley

401K plan is excellent. They match your contributions 100% until you hit a maximum cap. Only downside is that the fund options to invest your 401k is pretty meager. When I started with the company the choices were vast including a 10+ page booklet, now the investment choices fit onto one page.
