Health insurance options are great. In-network providers include Mayo, and specialist visits don't require a referral. Low copays and entirely reasonable out of pocket maximums for healthcare are one of the few things GoDaddy consistently does right.

The health care started day 1 and did not come at any cost to the employee.

PPO or HMO, fully paid or you pay $25 for a better plan.

The best thing about the heath insurance is it is free and petty good coverage, 80/20 with $700 deductible. $10 CO pay for most appointments
