Health Insurance

Fairly high deductible and 80% co-insurance. Not bad unless you have massive health issues then you could get hit with large bills.

Various options to chose from

Insurance is very good. Co pays could be better.

The health insurance is free for employees and reduced for family (roughly $200 per month per family member for health, vision, dental and life combined). Additionally, you can enroll domestic partners as well so if you are not married but have a serious significant other, you can enroll them in your health insurance benefits as well.

Unlimited physical therapy. Covered my infusions which run about $2000 each.

High co pays - also, the prescription insurance did not cover certain medications that I was prescribed.

We used to have a couple different options based off of tenure, and making it to that 5 yr mark meant that you were gonna be taken care of, and given a great package (also acquiring more vacation time per year). But recently they switched to United and honestly, it's been horrible.

Healthcare plan is good. Better than most companies in the valley.

Unmatched, they pretty much pay for everything if you have worked there for a year. Under a year of employment is still extremely generous.
